These are required for the site to work and are not optional. Recording your cookie choice is itself necessary — otherwise we would have to ask on every page.

Functional
These remember small preferences so the site does not nag you. They stay in your browser and are never sent to us or to anyone else.

Marketing and affiliate tracking
This loads only if you accept. It lets a partner see that a booking started here so they pay us commission, which is how the site is funded. If you reject it, the script is never added to the page — not merely disabled.

Third parties that see your IP address
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and Fontshare, and images from Unsplash. These are not cookies, but your browser has to contact those services to fetch the files, and they necessarily receive your IP address in doing so. We do not control what they log.
Changing your mind
You can change your choice at any time. Rejecting stops the affiliate script loading on your next page view.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will stop you being able to sign in.
