Questions
- Why use an agent rather than book it myself?
- For a family holiday, a big birthday, a honeymoon or a group, an agent does the legwork: finding the right hotel, holding prices, and sorting it out if something goes wrong. A package booked through a licensed agent is protected.
- Who sees my details?
- Only the one agent matched to your request. Other agents see the trip (where, when, how many) but never your name, email or phone number.
- How do you make money from this?
- The agent pays Holiday Puffin a small fee to take your request. City breaks and short trips are free to agents. The fee never changes what you pay.
- What if nobody gets back to me?
- If no agent takes your request within three days we close it, tell you, and nobody keeps your details. If an agent takes it and doesn't call within two working days, reply to our email and we'll chase them.
